Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obsessive-compulsive disorder 1) aged 18-54 years, male or female; 2) meet the DSM-V obsessive-compulsive disorder diagnostic criteria; 3) yale-brown compulsion scale (y-bocs) scores greater than or equal to 16 points, less than or equal to 31 points; 4) having a junior high school education or above; 5) adequate audiovisual level to complete the necessary examinations for the study; 6) right-handedness; 7) willing to participate in this study. 2. Healthy controls 1) healthy people who were 1:1 matched with the obsessive-compulsive disorder study group in age, gender and education level; 2) never present obsessive-compulsive symptoms and do not meet the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for obsessive-compulsive disorder or other mental disorders; 3) no history of psychiatric medication use; 4) no two or three generations of abnormal mental history; 5) adequate audiovisual level to complete the necessary examinations for the study; 6) right-handedness; 7) willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obsessive-compulsive disorder 1) Meet other axis I diagnoses other than obsessive-compulsive disorder in DSM-v; 2) compulsive symptoms are so severe that the patient cannot complete the required assessment and examination; 3) having a higher risk of negative thoughts or suicide; 4) substance abuse or currently suffering from severe physical or central system diseases; 5) women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant recently, and women who are breast-feeding; 6) physical therapy that was previously treated with a full course of treatment and has no significant effect; 7) having ear disorders or wearing hearing AIDS; 8) metal implants in the body: conditions of pacemaker installation, intracranial silver clips, metal dentures, arterial stents, arterial clips, joint metal fixation, or other metal implants, etc. (this standard is limited to MRI testers). 2. Healthy controls 1) current negative perceptions or high risk of suicide; 2) persons with severe physical diseases or diseases of the central system, substance abusers; 3) women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant recently and women who are breast-feeding; 4) metal implants in the body: pacemaker installation, intracranial silver clips, metal dentures, arterial stents, arterial clips, joint metal fixation, or other metal implants, etc..
