Interventions

Group A:Using self-made hard tube core of video laryngoscope to shape tracheal tube
Group B :Simulating the shape of video laryngoscope lenses for tracheal tube shaping
Group C:The bending point is located 1 cm above the endotracheal tube cuff and the angle of the tube moulding is consistent with the radian of the video laryngoscope lenses.

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >= 18 years; (2) ASA physical status I or II; (3) Patients who need general anesthesia and endotracheal intubation for elective surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Conscious tracheal intubation; (2) Trachea compression; (3) Portal teeth convex outward, loose teeth, giant tongue; (4) Mallampati classification>grade II; (5) Mouth opening < 3 cm, thyroid cartilage-chin distance < 6.5 cm, neck backward < 80 degrees.
