18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the clinical or pathological diagnostic criteria of benign hypertensive nephrosclerosis; 2. CKD stage G3-4 (eGFR 15 - 59ml/min·1.73m2); 3. Aged >= 18 years and <= 80 years, gender is not limited; 4. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Significant microscopic hematuria or gross hematuria; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Those who have allergic history or allergies to the western medicine valsartan in this study; 4. Patients with severe heart, brain, liver disease, blood system and other serious underlying diseases.
