1 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Liver transplant patients aged 1 to 12 years; 2. ASA grade II or III; 3. Liver function Child-Pugh grade B~C grade; 4. Classical non-circulating orthotopic liver transplantation;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined hepatopulmonary syndrome with moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension; 2. Combined cardiac dysfunction, renal failure; 3. Upper respiratory tract infection, lung infection or respiratory failure occurred within 4 weeks before surgery; 4. Prolonged ventilator assist time due to surgical complications.
