Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with knee osteoarthritis; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. ASA score <= 3 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes; 2. History of rheumatoid arthritis or gout; 3. History of anti-inflammatory drugs, immunosuppressants or hormones; 4. Use antioxidants one week before surgery; 5. Patients with secondary knee arthroplasty.
