Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: From October 2019 to November 2019, Department of Thoracic Surgery, the Second Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, elective general anesthesia, double-hole thoracoscopic lobectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to gabapentin, acetaminophen, and oxycodone; 2. ASA graded patients over 3; 3. Patients with communication problems; 4. Patients who have been taking other types of analgesics before surgery; 5. Patients aged younger than 20 years or older than 70 years. Patients with severe basal cardiopulmonary disease
