Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria for chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps refer to the 2012 EPOS diagnostic criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No oral glucocorticoid hormone was taken within 3 months before surgery, and no corticosteroid nasal spray was used within one month before surgery; 2. Patients with chronic sinus disease other than nasal polyps, allergic rhinitis and localized allergic rhinitis are excluded; 3. Unilateral nasal polyps and nasal polyps with fungal diseases are excluded.
