Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All women aged at least 18 years and had been admitted to the department of obstetrics for cesarean section were eligible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Except those with serious disease or mental illness that unable to cooperate with the researchers and those have medical indications (eg. Women with AIDS or have to take certain drugs) that can not breastfeed. Women with stillbirth or infants were transferred to NICU were excluded.
