Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 35 years healthy patients; after the same experienced oral clinical specialist specialist examination and X-ray film auxiliary examination, the diagnosis was acute localized wisdom tooth pericoronitis, and some of the flaps were covered in the far side, without Have a maxillofacial space infection; (2) The patient's mental health, agreed to elective teeth to remove the wisdom tooth pericoronitis, have the ability to fully judge the pain, and informed consent to the study and signed informed consent, can be followed up on time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with wisdom teeth, dental pulp disease, periapical periodontitis, periodontal disease and dental disease; (2) those with severe systemic diseases; women in the physiological period and during pregnancy and lactation; those who took antibiotics within two weeks before treatment; those with endocrine and bone diseases.
