18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-75 years, male or female. (2) Hepatitis B-related acute-on-chronic liver failure (Wu T, et al. Gut. 2018 Dec; 67(12): 2181-2191.). (3) The stage of disease development is at rising period. (4) The severity of the disease is staged in the early and middle stages.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patient has the following diseases: human immunodeficiency virus infection, obstructive jaundice, mental illness. (2) Patient has the following conditions: pregnancy, history of malignant tumors or suspected malignant tumors, plans to receive non-hepatic organ transplantation or any organ transplant.
