Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosis of diabetes and clear by fundus examination for proliferation retinopathy (20 cases of patients with retinal vascular hyperplasia) group (PDR), and the 20 patients with retinal change (NPDR group) and normal control group (NC group), 20 patients with normal control group selection criteria: in ophthalmology funduscopic examination without exception, sex and age matched nondiabetic patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude hypertension, pulmonary heart disease, acute complications of diabetes, acute infectious diseases, primary nephropathy, hyperthyroidism, heart failure, tumor and other major diseases
