Medication group:Nasonex, once a night, bilateral nostrils, 3 sprays each side of the nostril, continuous use for a month
Surgery group:Adenoidectomy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The children who come to our department complaining with mouth opening breathing as the main symptom. 2. Children aged 3-12 years with adenoid congestion of posterior nostril more than 2/3 under nasal endoscopy. 3. Closed breathing test less than or equal to 3 minutes. 4. Aged 3-12 years.
