Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged >= 14 years; (2) spinal cord injury was confirmed by CT or MRI, including cervical spinal cord injury, thoracic spinal cord injury and lumbar spinal cord injury; (3) during the hospitalization, fracture reduction and internal fixation were planned, with good spinal stability; (4) patients voluntarily participate in the informed consent principle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) other serious organic diseases and serious complications; (2) with a history of mental illness; (3) with cognitive impairment (using simple mental state checklist MMSE screening, cut-off value: 17 points for illiteracy, 20 points for education 6, and those below the cut-off value are considered to have cognitive impairment).
