Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. To accept the painless gastroscopy, painless colonoscopy , as well as Gastrointestinal polypectomy, Removal of gastrointestinal foreign bodies, Esophageal stricture dilatation, Esophageal stent placement, Gastric tube placement, Gastric varicose vein ligation, Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), Endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR), Endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD), Transoral endoscopic myotomy (POEM), enteroscopy that related to the digestive tract treatment, operation and special type check; 2. Aged >= 16 years; 3. ASA I - II; 4. Complete cognitive function, certain learning ability, informed consent, voluntary participation in this project, regular follow-up visit.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Communication difficulties caused by problems such as pronunciation impairment, hearing impairment, low education level, stroke, alzheimer's disease, etc., and inability to correctly understand the investigators' inquiries.
