experimental group: hydromorphone 10mg(2ml:2mg) mixed with 0.9% saline to a volume dose of 200mL
controlled group:Pethidine 50mg im, when required

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) diagnosed with AP; (2) having AP for less than 5 days; (3) the VAS score at admission is greater than or equal to 5; (4) aged 18-70 years; (5) With the informed consent of the patient or his legal representative, voluntary subjects and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant or nursing women; 2. patients with other serious organ diseases: patients with coronary heart disease or severe heart failure, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, anemia, granulocytosis and other blood system diseases, patients with mental diseases and consciousness disorders, and patients with tumors; 3. history of mental illness; 4. chronic pancreatitis, traumatic pancreatitis; 5. have hypersensitivity to hydromorphone or any component of the preparation (including sulfites), dieletine; We have acute or severe bronchial asthma and severe pulmonary dysfunction, paralytic ileus, supraventricular tachycardia, craniocerebral injury, intracranial space-occupying lesions in patients.
