40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Comply with the diagnostic criteria for primary frozen shoulders in China; 2) The course of the disease is within 1 to 6 months, and the symptoms such as shoulder pain, daily activity disorder and limited shoulder joint activity are obvious when admitted to the hospital; 3) The results of routine shoulder X-ray examination, coagulation function and blood routine are basically normal; 4) Accepted no Invasive treatment or other physical therapy before and after admission; 5) Agree to participate in the study and be able to adhere to the entire treatment and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2) Shoulder pain?caused by?shoulder bone disease, cervical spondylosis, coronary heart disease and?other diseases; 3) pregnant women; 4) Patients with tumor, neurological and infectious diseases of the shoulder joint; 5) Those who have serious heart, lung, kidney and other diseases as well as mental illnesses are not suitable for invasive treatment.
