Interventions

Group A:Release of shuoulder joint with suprascapular nerve block

Group B:Release of shoulder joint without suprascapular nerve block

Age

40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Associated with unilateral shoulder pain and limitation of activity for 2 months and more than 2 months; 2. Conservative treatment is ineffective; 3. Consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pain with tendon tear; 2. Associated with neoplastic disease of shoulder joint; 3. Associated with infective disease; 4. Associated with heart disease,aortic aneurysm,pleurisy,digestive system disease,intercostal neuralgia and so on; 5. Osteoporosis and pathological fracture; 6. Unable to complete questionair.
