Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Early esophageal cancer patients; 2. transverse diameter of the lesion > circumference of esophagus 1/2, longitudinal diameter of the lesion > 3cm; 3. preoperative evaluation of lesion invasive depth does not exceed the superficial layer of submucosa, that is < 200um; 4. the whole lesion can be dissected completely; 5. aged between 20 and 80 years old; 6. The patient agreed to receive ESD and ASGS.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with contraindications of ESD andgeneral anesthesia: eg. coagulation dysfunction, liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiopulmonary dysfunction and malignant arrhythmia; (2) patients who have undergone surgery and radiotherapy; (3) patients with dysphagia of esophageal motility; (4) patients who refuse ESD and autologous skin-grafting surgery; (5) women in pregnancy or lactation; (6) lymph node metastasis in preoperative assessment.
