18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA class I ~ II, thoracic surgery under general anesthesia surgery, aged 18 to 80 years, preoperative chest high-resolution CT examination 1 months, anesthesia used in left DLT, patient I informed and signed the informed consent signed or their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Tumor in the main airway, deformation or compression displacement of the main airway, pneumothorax or severe pulmonary bullae, refusal to participate after tracheotomy, previous ear, nose, throat or neck surgery, previous history of radiation in the neck or throat, or diseases that reduce and deform the trachea.
