Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Samples of blood, pharynx swabs, feces and other body fluids of patients with liver disease were collected. The patient was over 18 years old and had not used antibiotics in the past three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and respiratory diseases.
