Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged >=65 years old, ASA I-III level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: MMSE score of less than 24 or preoperative delirium, history of neurological or mental illness, current use of tranquilizers or antidepressants, history of an endocrine or metabolic disorder, unwillingness to complete the experimental procedures, presence of a language barrier, severe hearing or visual impairment, illiteracy, and alcohol or drug dependence, perioperative anemia Hb 800ml, intraoperative transfusion.
