normal relative-higher blood pressure group:norepinephrine 0.02-0.1ug/kg/min will raise the basic blood pressure by 20%,
normal relative-lower blood pressure:norepinephrine is maintained to reduce blood pressure by 20% from baseline

65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA Level I-II; 2. Aged more than 65 years old; 3. The patient or authorized person signs an informed consent; 4. There has never been a history of heart disease, cardiac function NYHA grade I-II grade, no serious major organ lesions; 5. Surgery time : 2h spine surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative rScO2 absolute value 50% or drop 25% baseline value 2. Severe history of cerebrovascular disease or cervical artery lesions (endothelial demystifying of the carotid artery); 3. Combined with severe chronic pulmonary obstructive diseases (lung infections, emphysema, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc.); 4. Allergies to the drugs used in this subject; Known difficult airways; 5. Preoperative hemoglobin concentration of 9.6g/dl, red blood cell pressure (Hct) is not in the normal range; 6. kidney impairment (BUN and/or upper limit of normal value); 7. liver impairment (ALT and/or AST is 1.5 times normal value reference range); 8. A patient with a mental, neurological disease, or a person who cannot express his will correctly; 9. Patients who take sedative analgesia and psychotropic drugs for a long time; 10. Patients with clotting dysfunction (PT/APTT above the reference value limit); 11. BMI 30Kg/m2; 12. hypertension or hypertension I-II.
