Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All pacing indications (mainly including bradycardia and atrioventricular block); 2. CRTP/D patients (patients with complete left bundle branch block combined with heart failure); 3. Patients with heart failure who have recurrent ablation of atrial fibrillation or cannot be controlled by drugs; 4. Patients aged 18 years or above; 5. Ability to sign any informed consent related to surgical research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to participate in the follow-up for various reasons; 2. Active infection; 3. Women who are pregnant or expect to be pregnant or breast-feeding within 1 year; 4. Participated in or is currently participating in other clinical trials in the last 3 months; 5. The researcher judged that the compliance was not good and the program could not be strictly implemented; 6. Any other circumstances that the investigator does not consider appropriate for participation in the trial.
