Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent PICC tube placement in the Cancer Center of the Fifth Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected. All patients are required to meet conditions (1) to (5). (1) Aged 18-85 years, male or female; (2) VTE risk assessment >= 3 points and <= 15 points; (3) No history of upper extremity vascular disease; (4) There is no history of PICC placement; (5) Patients who require chemotherapy according to their condition; (6) Patients voluntarily sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous thrombosis occurred; (2) Patients with thrombocytopenic purpura, aplastic anemia, hemophilia, and mediterranean thrombocytopenia; (3) Those with coagulopathy; (4) There is currently a history of active ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding; (5) Patients who need long-term use of warfarin and anticoagulant drugs such as heparin; (6) Those who have had a history of allergies to aspirin; (7) Patients considered by the investigator not suitable for inclusion.
