Age
20 Years to 38 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged = 16. 3. the first IVF/ICSI cycle in our institute; 4. Patients are willing to be enrolled in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated by other conditions that cannot be transferred in the fresh cycle (ie. hydrosalpinx, endometriosis). 2. Multiple cycle IVF treatment. 3. PCOS. 4. Abnormal uterine cavity (leiomyoma, adenomyoma, uterine malformation, etc.) 5. Involved in other clinical trials.
