Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 or older; 2. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of SAPHO reported by Kahn in 2003; 3. Nail involvement defined as target nail NAPSI >= 2 and overall NAPSI > 14 - Target nail is defined as the nail with the highest nail score (matrix+bed scores) at baseline. Should more than one nail have the same score, the target nail will be chosen by the investigator.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. With a desire to have children; 3. DMARDs or biological therapy within 3 months before recruitment; 4. Severe cardiac, hepatic, renal dysfunction; 5. Significant abnormalities in hematology, including anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukopenia. 6. Have evidence of active or latent tuberculosis; 7. Any uncontrolled significant medical condition.
