Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnosis and classification criteria of the WHO expert committee on diabetes in 1999, T2DM was diagnosed, and the duration of diabetes was 8 years; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER): 20-200 ug/min, the urine micro protein ACR 30-300 ug / 24 h (diabetic nephropathy mogenson stage III), stable renal function (serum no variability Ccr); 4. accompanied by diabetic retinopathy NPDR (microhemangioma, small bleeding point, hard exudation, soft exudation); 5. the maximum recommended dose of ACEI or ARB is more than 6 months; 6. complied with all experimental requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. type 1 diabetes and other special types of diabetes; 2. malignant tumor; 3. history of other kidney diseases; 4. history of other autoimmune diseases; 5. cardiac function NYHA levels III or IV congestive heart failure and/or left ventricular ejection fraction of 40% or less; 6. Patients with major cardiovascular history within 3 months: myocardial infarction, coronary angioplasty or bypass surgery, unstable angina pectoris, transient ischemic attack; 7. women in pregnancy, pregnancy or breast-feeding;Today serious diseases of the blood system; 8. blood pressure > 180/110mmhg or hypertensive renal damage;Attended glp-1, sglt-2 drug use history.
