Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first 2-3 months after the rehabilitation of the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. 2, Active activity of the knee joint reaches 0-90°±15° and above, and the muscle strength test of the knee joint activity is up to 3+ and above, and can be walked independently under the aid or protection. 3. Normal function of hip and ankle; 4. Aged 18-65 years; 5. Informed consent has been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe complications of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, endocrine, and hematopoietic system; 2. The surgical wound is not completely healed/the joint is not stable, the fracture is not firmly healed, and severe osteoporosis; 3. Hydrophobia, skin infectious diseases and other spa contraindications; 4. Unable to complete the assessment and rehabilitation training as required; 5. Emotional and mental disorders, poor compliance and refusal of rehabilitation treatment.
