18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. BMI: 18 to 25 kg/m2; 3. American college of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II; 4. Preoperative, intraoperative or postoperative pathological confirmation of primary lung cancer; 5. The patient himself informed and signed or his family members signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic history of local anesthetics; 2. Local or systemic infection at the injection site; 3. Coagulation dysfunction; 4. Gastrointestinal ulcer bleeding; 5. Platelet dysfunction; 6. Changes in surgical methods during surgery; 7. History of perioperative blood transfusion; 8. Communication problems with patients. 9. History of serious cardiovascular, endocrine or liver or kidney diseases; 10. History of use of psychotropic drugs, opioids or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID); 11. Long-term hormone and immunosuppressive therapy. 12. History of cytological treatment; 13. History of heavy drinking.
