Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were patients had subjective symptoms of dry eyes and eye pain, and the OSDI questionnaire score was higher than 13; Fluorescence staining of cornea (CFS) was more than 2 points; Tear break-up time (BUT) < 10s.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were subjects with local and systemic diseases with severe ocular surface inflammation, severe dry eye, Sjogren's syndrome, cicatricial pemphigoid and other severe diseases that affect the structure or function of the ocular surface.
