18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged more than 18 years and less than 80 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical stats I to III; 3. Body Mass Index more than 18 kg/m2 and less than 30 kg/m2; 4. Type of surgery: shoulder surgery; 5. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with obstructive or restrictive pulmonary disease; 2. Coagulopathy; 3. Liver or kidney failure; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Allergy to local anesthetics; 6. Chronic opioid use; 7. History of neck or supraclavicular area surgery; 8. Severe bradycardia.
