20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Signed the informed consent; ASA I-III; Aged 20-80 years; Selective thoracoscopic lobectomy or segmental pulmonary resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anaphylaxis of narcotic drugs; Have a history of chronic pain or taking analgesics; Having neurological or mental disorders; Rib fracture or inflammation of the rib membrane; Secondary surgery; History of alcohol and drug abuse; Severe organ failure and coagulation dysfunction; Severe postoperative complications occurred and were sent to ICU for further treatment. Neurovascular edema; Patients cannot communicate and cooperate normally.
