18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteered to participate in this trial and signed informed consent; 2. Aged more than 18 years; 3. Suspected as Coronary heart disease and Planned to execute Coronary angiography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to iodine or iodine contrast agent; 2. End-stage renal disease and kidney transplantation requiring peritoneal and hemodialysis; 3. Severe cardiac insufficiency and valvular heart disease, hemodynamic instability; 4. Definite bacterial and fungal infections, acute and chronic inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases, tumors, etc.; 5. Contrast agent was used within 2 weeks before admission; 6. Nephrotoxic drugs were used during hospitalization.
