Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The target population of cases is the subject with AIS who has mild to moderate curve and meet the International Society on Scoliosis Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Treatment (SOSORT) guideline for PSSE. These subjects will be recruited by the University of Hong Kong Shenzhen Hospital, Hong Kong Queen Mary Hospital. The inclusion criteria are: (1) Aged 10-16 years old; (2) Bone Immaturity: Risser 0-4; (3) Cobb Angle 20-45 degree. (4) Ability to attend all the physiotherapy sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnoses other than AIS or subjects had been performed scoliosis correction surgery will be excluded.
