18 Years to 43 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with IBD; 2. under the symptomatic remission period or mild to moderate activity period; 3. aged >=18 years; 4. with the educational level of primary school or above, who can understand the content of this study; 5. voluntarily participate in the study, and can receive the randomization, as well as sign informed consent; have telephone or network support and participate in remote follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with other intestinal diseases or malignant tumors; 2. accompanied by severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, etc.; 3. accompanied by neurological or psychiatric diseases; 4. engaged in psychologists, or received positive psychological intervention guidance within half a year . If the patient is lost to follow-up during the intervention (requiring withdrawal or other reasons) or if the patient has serious complications or major illness changes, remove them.
