65 Years to 86 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. He/she signs the informed consent form; 2. The elderly over the age of 65 who participated in the health examination in Xujiahui community; 3. He/she was diagnosed with osteoporosis; 4. He/she was able to understand this study, He/she was willing to undergo lifestyle intervention and has good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. secondary osteoporosis; 2. medication intolerance; 3. serious cardiovascular and gastrointestinal diseases; 4. severe endocrine, mental and neurological disorders.
