Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 8 and 16 years; myopia greater than -0.75 D and less than -5.00 D; with-the-rule astigmatism less than -1.5 D; best corrected monocular optical acuity better than 20/20.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Eye health: people who have keratitis, keratoconus, corneal dystrophy, glaucoma and other history of eye diseases or previous history of ocular surgery are excluded; 2. General health status: Patients with diabetes, myasthenia gravis, leprosy and who taking antihistamines, antidepressants, diuretics and corticosteroids are excluded. 3. With a history of contact lens wearing.
