18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primipara, late pregnancy (28 weeks of gestation +), aged 18 to 35 years; 2. Having the conditions of vaginal delivery and the willingness to give birth naturally, and carrying out maternity examination and delivery in the research hospital; 3. Above primary school education level, clear thinking and normal expression.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons with a history of severe mental illness in the past; 2. High-risk pregnant women; 3. With pregnancy complications or complications; 4. Refusal to cooperate after explanation by the researcher. 5. Participating in or having participated in other randomized controlled trials.
