Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. admission to ICU patients; 2. aged >=18 years; 3. clinical suspected infection: (1) Anal temperature >38 degree C or 90 times/min; (3) Respiration >20 times/min or PCO212x10^9/L or 12000/ us or 10%), 2 of the above 4 items met;CRP, PCT and other infection indexes increased.Imaging showed infected lesions, etc. 4. patients can only be enrolled in the study after they sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) non-asian race; 2) pregnant women; 3) according to the discretion of the researcher, there are other possible confounding factors that may affect the completion of the study procedure.
