Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients who underwent lumbar fusion; 2. Age range from 30 to 70 years; 3. The ASA I - II level; 4. Operation time is less than 3 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal cord injury or multiple injuries; 2. Allergic to local anesthetic drugs; 3. Intracranial hypertension symptoms (headache, papillary edema, nausea and vomiting), previous history of cerebrovascular accident; 4. Puncture site has infection (i.e. swelling, heat and pain); 5. Combined with severe hypertension, long-term use of cortisol hormones; 6. Low blood volume, blood disease or abnormal coagulation function; 7. Body mass index >= 30kg/m2; 8. Liver function or renal insufficiency; 9. Having abnormal lung function (mainly with copd or uncontrolled asthma); 10. Pregnant women; 11. Communication with medical staff this study difficulty; 12. With psychosis or has serious anxiety or depression.
