Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Silicone oil-filled eyes with complicated cataract or age-related cataract; The axial lengths is between 22 and 28mm; Good fixed vision ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The refractive media was serious turbidity (lens grade was lower than C2N3P3, glass mixing, silicone oil emulsification and corneal degeneration); With history of eye trauma or other surgery; With disease (e.g. glaucoma, uveitis or age-related macular degeneration) that can seriously affect vision or ocular structure. Don't fit; After the removal of silicone oil, it was found that the retina was not completely repositioned, requiring re-injection of gas or silicone oil; Intraoperative complications: wrong crystal position, posterior capsule rupture, etc. Failure to complete the experiment for any other reason
