Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who initially diagnosed as cT3-4N0-2M0 stage colorectal cancer. 2. Aged 18-75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have Complications such as bleeding, obstruction and cachexia were found. 2. There are other systematic malignant tumors. 3. Patients have received radiotherapy in the past. 4. Distant metastasis.
