Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-80 years; (2) Typical ischemic chest pain lasted more than 20 minutes, and symptoms could not be relieved after rest or sublingual nitroglycerin administration. (3) ECG changes: ST segment in the adjacent two or more leads has arch-back upward elevation, chest lead (>= 0.2 mv), limb lead (>= 0.1 mv), the location is consistent with; (4) Coronary angiography showed that TIMI blood flow of infarction-related artery was 0-1 grade, and there was no collateral circulation at the distal end; (5) Persistent chest pain began until coronary artery blood flow reperfusion was less than 12 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) To clarify the history of old myocardial infarction; (2) Severe known peripheral arterial diseases; (3) Patients with cardiac arrest, malignant arrhythmia and cardiogenic shock; (4) Coronary angiography showed that the anatomical structure of lesions was not suitable for PCI. (5) Complicated with infectious diseases, hemorrhagic diseases, coagulation dysfunction, malignant tumors, leukemia, lymphoma, autoimmune diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.
