Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with advanced diagnosis of hypopharyngeal carcinoma (clinical stage III, IVa and IVb); 2) Pathological diagnosis of hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma; 3) Male or non-pregnant women aged >= 18 years; 4) The ECOG score is 0~2 points, and the expected survival is greater than 3 months; 5) HGB>=80g/L, WBC>=3x10^9/L, PLT>=70x10^9/L, heart, lung, liver and kidney coagulation function; 6) Patients and their families agree and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have had other tumor history or merged with the second tumor at the same time; 2) Those who have a history of immunotargeting therapy or have a history of related drug allergies; 3) At the same time suffering from other uncontrolled serious diseases, or abnormal organs of vital organs; 4) Women are pregnant or breastfeeding; 5) Those who have psychological or mental factors leading to no normal civil behavior or uninformed consent; 6) Drug and/or alcohol abuse or other circumstances that the investigator considers inappropriate.
