4 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Transfusion dependent thalassemia patients, i.e., TDT patients; 2. No 10/10 HLA compatible sibling or unrelated donor (A, B, C, DRB1 and DPB1 locus); 3. there were no 9-10 HLA compatible donors; 4. no >=7/10 HLA compatible unrelated umbilical cord blood; 5. Sign the informed consent.Only if all criteria are met.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Left ventricular ejection fraction in 5000 patients; 4. accompanied by those deemed unsuitable by other doctors; 5. renal insufficiency, allergy, pregnancy and recent clinical trial participants.
