18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-55 years; 2) moderate to severe patients with spastic dysphonia (adductive type) diagnosed by stroboscopic laryngoscopy and subjective voice assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients were diagnosed as epilepsy or other neuromuscular conduction diseases before. 2) Patients with dysfunction of communication, understanding or reading and writing; 3) Patients with lesions of vocal cords before treatment or after operation; 4) Patients with mental illness.
