Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral renal cancer patients withcT1~2N0-1M0; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. ASA score <= 3 points;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other malignant tumors; 2. With a history of autoimmune diseases; 3. Patients with contraindications for paravertebral block, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, anesthetics, opioids, and muscle relaxants.
