Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI >=28 kg/m2 and age between 18 and 70 years old; 2. Voluntary acceptance of multidisciplinary intervention, and signed the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary obesity such as hypothyroidism, adrenal hyperfunction and pituitary-hypothalamic insufficiency; (2) taking drugs that affect body weight, including glucocorticoids, levothyroxine sodium, antithyroid drugs, and unidentified weight loss drugs; (3) History of major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, history of chronic kidney disease, history of gastrointestinal diseases, diabetes, pre-diabetes history, and history of malignant tumors; (4) combined with anorexia nervosa; (5) Acute and chronic infections require treatment; (6) Combined pregnancy or lactation.
