Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the KOA classification standard revised by the American Rheumatology : the subjects had knee pain in the past month, X-ray showed osteophyte formation, and at least one of the following three symptoms: stiffness < 30 minutes, abnormal articular sounds, bone tenderness, knee joint temperature drop, and the history of the disease was more than 6 months; 2. The patients were not in progress at present. 3. Patients voluntarily participate in and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Arterial strangulation or instability; 2. Corticosteroid or sodium hyaluronate injection 12 months before joining the study; 3. One of the following histories: knee surgery in 2 years; joint replacement of any joint; previously diagnosed as inflammatory osteoarthritis. In addition, patients with obvious complications (such as hemiplegia, gout) may affect the results of the study should be excluded.
