Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have been diagnosed with differentiated thyroid cancer go to the Nuclear Medicine Department of West China Hospital Sichuan University and plan to have 131I radiation therapy postoperatively, and their distress thermometer score is greater than or equal to 4 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with neurological and psychiatric diseases; (2) patients who have taken antidepressants; (3) patients with mental retardation and poorly understood; (4) patients who do not receive psychological intervention, cannot complete questionnaires, or fill out the questionnaires carelessly.
